ONE OWNER’S EXPERIENCE
Rice, almost
every day.
My Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy NS-ZCC18 has been in my kitchen for at least ten years. I usually cook 3–4 cooker cups of Nishiki Premium medium-grain rice, almost every day.
It has never broken, and I have never replaced any parts.
That is the history of my cooker. It does not predict how long another unit will last.
